Historic building in Oxford. The Old Ashmolean Building. Built in 1679-83 by the University, Thomas Wood being master-mason and Arthur Frogley the master-carpenter, in Headington stone; this was patched with Clipsham stone and the surface artificially toned down, 1928-30.  Also Milton stone piers with giant heads of the Caesars (1860), wrought iron railings.
